Art therapy
Art therapy is a psychotherapeutic process using creation as a tool to facilitate the expression and resolution of psychological or emotional conflicts. No artistic ability is required to participate. The workshops that we offer are not meetings of artistic mediations. Our workshops are led by a professional graduated from PROFAC and NLP Coach Practitioner graduated from the REPERE Institute
Psychotherapeutic workshops
Allow victims to have a space to express their emotions, their feelings, their life story. To bring into play the singular expression of each one, whether it is symptomatic or not through different mediators The goal is to offer, at the same time a space of listening and expression, where the Word can be asked and heard; to offer a space that allows you to communicate effectively, on the difficulties encountered in a particular problem, thanks to the exercises and exchanges that occur there
Lyrics groups
Sharing experiences, suffering, and exchanging, talk groups allow people who attend to share their experiences. Everyone expresses their "ailments" and learns from the experiences of others. It is a group therapy based, as the name suggests, on speech and free expression. The talk groups are led by professionals.
Debate ON VA GBAYER
EASILY APPLICABLE, EASILY MEMORIZABLE In the heart of the health crisis linked to the coronavirus, we adapted to the context of containment that prevailed and organized a debate activity On Va Gbayer Live with the singer artist Suspect95 who demonstrated his public commitment through the hashtag #jesuisvictime. Together, it was a question of addressing the problems of the patriarchal world in which we live and the passive or active character of men in the face of violence against women in Côte d'Ivoire. Theater for therapeutic purposes
In art therapy, the goal of the process is not artistic.
